A little bite is all it takes

Are you a bread lover? A chocolate lover? A candy lover? Have you noticed the more you age, the harder it is to lose those extra pounds? Have you ever been on a diet forcing yourself to eat more fruits & veggies and stay away from your favorite breads/carbs? You begin to lose a little weight and then you open the refrigerator and are tempted to eat just a "little bite of a bagel". After all, a little won't hurt!  So you eat the "little bite" and are really not satisfied so you go back and eat "another" little bite. But by the end of the day, you've eaten the whole bagel and possibly a couple more!  The next morning you jump on the scale, praying you didn't gain any weight..and whew! You didn't....but then weeks down the road, after continuing to eat foods that are unhealthy...those favorite jeans are filling a little snug. Football Games and the United States of America

I was at a football game recently and it was so exciting seeing all the fans dressed up in their favorite gear to cheer on their team.  Outside the stadium were tailgaters grilling up their best barbeque and playing games to pass the time away. After all, it was 5 hours till the gates opened. Funny how fast time flies when you keep yourself busy doing things that you love. Once the doors were open, fans would walk a ways to even make it to the stadium. But that's okay because everyone was excited and ready for the big game. It was enjoyable seeing some fans with some wild get-ups. They certainly go all out for the game! Fans were packing in the huge stadium, everyone was wearing the same colors, however, only a few that decided to try to pack in the same stadium, took their chances and put on their team colors and were there to support their "the other" team.
