Struggles

You often here the quote #thestruggleisreal. We all have issues in our life that are sometimes struggles. Not one of us has the perfect life.  John 16:33 says "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Just because we are living right and doing right does not mean that everything will be hunky dory! We all have temptations & trials and no one is exempt from that.  HOWEVER, we can have PEACE EVEN in the midst of trial because Jesus is always there! He has sent the Holy Spirit who dwells on the inside of us to help us in all things! I'm going to share with you a struggle that I have. I just witnessed something I didn’t have to see my whole life. I thought it strange to hear a little bird crying like it needed its mamma. I went over to look at the bird that was chirping very loudly. I am unaware of the bird families and what they do or don’t do but not long before I had seen a huge bird fly overhead. My mind went back to the time there was a little fawn and its mother had left it, but returned for it. So, after taking my dog back in the house, I went again to check on the bird…after not hearing it chirp. When I found the place where the bird had laid, it was no longer there but replaced by a huge black snake. Oh! The thought that the little bird was crying for help and I was the only one that could help and I did not have a clue. Of course, there was nothing that I could possibly do, that I know of, had I known a snake had gotten it. But it sure reminded me how Satan is like that snake.
